How long does the registration process take?

Registration applications are submitted to a dedicated person in your region. The process takes usually 1-3 business days. If you do not receive a notification Email within that time, please check your Email spam filter. You can also contact your partner alliance manager or send an Email to tpp@hikvision.com.

Can I invite my colleagues to access the portal as well?

Yes. Just log in and find the USERS INVITATION under "My Account". This can be used to invite your colleagues to join TPP.

How can I receive events on MinMoe devices via Listening Mode?
